One boat, seven doors, and a different reason to sail each time

Private occasions aboard a phinisi in Labuan Bajo all start from one plan: seven balcony cabins, 14 guests on the boat price, 30 on a day charter. The pages that follow change the route, the table and the sum, but never the hull.
Occasions the deck plan was drawn for
Neptune Phinisi measures 40 m by 8 m, and each of its 7 cabins opens onto a private balcony. That plan does not change between two newlyweds and a board of directors. What does change is who sleeps where, how many days the boat stays out, and what happens at the long table on the open deck.
The boat price covers 14 guests in seven double cabins, and extra beds in the three upper cabins raise an overnight party to 18 at most. A day charter takes up to thirty guests, who sleep in their hotels. Beyond those numbers you need a second boat, and we tell you before any deposit is paid.
Each occasion has its own route, party size and sum, all worked from the 2026 rates dated 4 November 2026.
What changes when the reason for sailing changes
An occasion alters one or two decisions and leaves everything else as it was. In a clause each:
- High-end charter: the whole boat for one party, with the nights chosen by you.
- Honeymoon: two guests, four days, and the balcony side of the plan.
- Milestone birthday or reunion: up to 14 around the long outdoor table.
- Family: three generations, extra beds in the upper cabins, shorter walks.
- Friends: one boat price divided by head, one invoice.
- Corporate: an invoice for finance, and a day charter option for 30.
- Photography: days planned around sunrise at Padar and the Kalong sunset.
- Adventure: ridges on foot, reefs by snorkel.
- Solo: one seat in a cabin on the shared 3D2N sailing.
We do not plan diving or budget trips on this boat, since the boat carries snorkelling gear and no dive equipment.
