Three days, two nights, one cabin of your own on a shared sailing

A printed calendar goes stale within a day, so we keep none on the page. Checking a date works like this:

• You send the month you prefer, the cabin you want and the number of guests.
• We check Neptune's calendar live for a sailing in that window.
• We reply on WhatsApp with the open dates and the fare for each cabin.
• You choose, and the seat is held once your deposit of 50 percent arrives.

Until we reply, nothing is promised. If your date is full, we offer the nearest open sailing or a charter on dates of your own.

These are the 2026 rates, dated 4 November 2026. For 2027 we quote on request, using 2026 as the reference; if a 2027 fare comes out different, we tell you before the final payment and you decide.

Your balance is due 30 days before sailing, or in cash or by card machine on departure day.

Once a year every phinisi goes into dock for maintenance, in a month that varies by boat, and for those weeks she does not sail. So when a whole month shows nothing, the hull is in dock.

If Neptune is in dock on your dates, we offer a boat of the same class on the same dates. Class comes down to numbers you can check: how many cabins, whether each has a balcony and its own bathroom, and how long the hull is.

We pass on a dock month as soon as we learn of it. If we cannot carry you on the date you booked, you get a boat of equal or higher class on that date, or a full refund within 2 days.

Weather is handled separately. The captain and the harbour authority decide whether a departure is safe, and when they judge conditions unsafe the boat stays in port.

A couple in an upper cabin can bring a third person on an extra bed, at IDR 6,500,000 (≈ USD 399) in Mansard I or II and IDR 6,000,000 (≈ USD 368) in the Junior Suite. Deluxe studios take no third guest. Because the extra bed sleeps one or two, a family of four can share an upper cabin, with the fourth guest quoted on request.

The seat covers three meals a day, afternoon coffee and a snack, snorkelling gear, linen and towels, and the transfer between your hotel or the airport and the harbour in Labuan Bajo. It also covers a guide and photo and video documentation by drone, GoPro and DSLR, which the open-trip seat carries and a private charter does not.

Drinks, tips, flights and travel insurance are extra too; insurance is not included. A payment link adds 3 percent and PayPal 7.2 percent, and every extra appears in a written quote first.
