A phinisi charter's cost per day on Neptune falls as nights are added: IDR 140,000,000 (≈ USD 8,589) for two days and IDR 280,000,000 (≈ USD 17,178) for five, each for the whole boat and up to 14 guests. Guide, park package, drinks and tips stand outside the price. This note lists every line.
A charter quote, one to five days
A charter quote is one boat price and a short list of lines beside it. The boat price is for the vessel, not the head. For 1 to 14 guests, Neptune Phinisi costs IDR 140,000,000 (≈ USD 8,589) for 2D1N, IDR 180,000,000 (≈ USD 11,043) for 3D2N, IDR 230,000,000 (≈ USD 14,110) for 4D3N and IDR 280,000,000 (≈ USD 17,178) for 5D4N. A day charter for up to thirty guests costs IDR 110,000,000 (≈ USD 6,748).
Each figure is rounded and all-in. Fuel is folded into the one number, and no tax line is shown. The list below is the rate sheet dated 4 November 2026.
Guests 15 to 18 each add the extra-person rate. The rate is IDR 6,000,000 (≈ USD 368) on 3D2N, IDR 6,500,000 (≈ USD 399) on 4D3N and IDR 7,500,000 (≈ USD 460) on 5D4N. The 2D1N sails with up to 14 guests.

Why each added night costs less than the first
The price rises with every night added. Moving from IDR 140,000,000 (≈ USD 8,589) to IDR 180,000,000 (≈ USD 11,043) adds a day and a night. Moving on to IDR 230,000,000 (≈ USD 14,110) and IDR 280,000,000 (≈ USD 17,178) adds one more of each. Day for day, the five-day price is the lowest of the four.
The boat price is for the boat, whatever the head count. Compare day for day only against another boat's total for the same number of days and the same guests.
Ask for the longer voyage if your dates allow it. It also puts a free set-up dinner on the beach in the plan, on 4D3N and 5D4N.
Included in the charter price
Inside the price sit the boat and Neptune's crew. Seven air-conditioned double cabins come with it, each with an en-suite bathroom, a hot shower and a private balcony. So do three meals a day, an afternoon coffee break and a snack, snorkelling gear, linen and towels. The transfer between your hotel or airport in Labuan Bajo and the harbour is inside as well.
On 4D3N and 5D4N the set-up dinner on the beach is inside as well. The lounge, the dining room, the long outdoor table and the foredeck are the boat's, so you do not pay to sit on them.
The replacement-boat rule is inside too. If the boat cannot sail, you receive a boat of the same or higher class on the same date at no extra charge, or a full refund within 2 days.
Billed separately: guide, film, drinks and tips
A private charter excludes a guide and photo and video documentation. Both are available on request and are quoted separately, and the figure depends on the days and the party. The shared 3D2N seat is different: the seat carries a guide and documentation, which is why a seat and a charter never compare line for line.
Also outside: the drone permit, which we arrange and quote; drinks, including alcohol; tips for the crew; flights and visas; travel and medical insurance; hotels before and after; and personal spending. Card fees are a separate line, described below.
Nothing is added without a written quote. That sentence replaces every claim about hidden costs, because the sentence can be checked: each line arrives in writing, with a figure, before you approve it.
The park package, itemised separately
The park package is a separate line, and it is never inside a fare. It bundles the government entrance ticket (IDR 250,000 per foreign visitor per day) with ranger and local levies. We show it per trip type, 3D2N and 4D3N in the table, and we quote the others on request.
Do not read the package as the government ticket. The ticket is the government's price, and the package is ours, which adds the ranger and the local levies the ticket does not cover.
The park page explains the calculation by head count and number of days. Here the point is where it sits: beside the boat price, on its own line, stated before you pay.

One package covers the government entrance ticket (IDR 250,000 per foreign visitor per day, PP 36/2024), the ranger fee and the local levies. It is quoted per guest and paid on top of the boat price, unless your quote says it is included. For other trip lengths, the desk quotes the package with your booking.

Bank charges, card surcharges and the closing invoice
The last lines are the cost of moving money. A card payment link carries 3 percent, PayPal 7.2 percent, and the card machine in Labuan Bajo on departure day 3 percent. Bank transfer, Wise, Revolut and QRIS are also accepted, and we say which suits your country when you ask.
Pay a deposit of 50 percent to hold the date and the balance 30 days before sailing, or settle in cash or by card machine on the departure day. The closing invoice repeats every line you approved, in the order you approved it.
Rates for 2027 are on request. The 2026 list, dated 4 November 2026, is the reference. If the 2027 card differs, we tell you before the final payment, and you can cancel without charge.
FAQ
Which extras are not included in a private charter, such as a guide, park fees or a drone?
A guide and photo and video documentation are available on request and quoted separately. The park package is a separate line. A drone permit is arranged by us and quoted. Flights, insurance, alcohol and tips are not included either. Nothing is added without a written quote.
Is the Neptune price per person or per boat?
Per boat. For 1 to 14 guests, one figure covers the whole vessel on each route. Guests 15 to 18 each add an extra-person rate, and a day charter covers up to thirty guests for one figure. A shared 3D2N seat is the only per-person price.
Is fuel or tax added later?
No. Fuel is folded into one rounded all-in boat figure, and we show no separate tax line. What stands beside the price is the park package, a guide and documentation if you want them, drinks, tips and any card surcharge, each in a written quote.
Which payment method costs the least?
Card links carry 3 percent, PayPal 7.2 percent and the card machine 3 percent. Bank transfer, Wise, Revolut and QRIS are also accepted. Tell us where you are paying from, and we say which method suits your country and what it costs you.
Can I get a price for 2027 now?
2027 dates can be reserved, and the 2027 rates are on request. The 2026 list, dated 4 November 2026, is the reference. If the 2027 card differs, we tell you before the final payment, and you decide.
