What to send so our first reply is a quote
A reply with a firm figure needs only a few details. Put them in your first message, in any order.
- Dates. The sailing days you have in mind, and how flexible they are.
- Party. How many guests, and the ages of any children, since children aged 0 to 2 travel free and from age 3 the full fare applies.
- Shape. The whole boat for two to five days, a day charter, or one cabin on the shared 3D2N.
- Flights. Where you land and when you fly home, so we can set pickup around them.
- Needs. Anything the kitchen or the cabins must know: food needs, mobility, a celebration.
With those five lines we answer with a price in rupiah, the cabins that fit, and the questions that remain. Without them we ask first, and the quote arrives a message later.
Who answers, and at what hours
The reservation team of Komodo Explorer answers from Labuan Bajo. Our hours are Daily 08:00–20:00 (WITA). A message written at night waits until morning, and a question about a booking already paid is answered first.
Every quote comes from PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia, NIB 1805260128363. You pay into one company bank account, and its details appear on your invoice. If anyone asks you to pay a personal account, stop and message us.
The crew aboard Neptune belongs to the boat and sails it; it does not take bookings or payments. Everything about dates, prices, pickups and changes comes through this team, which is why the contact box lists no other number.
