What guests say about Komodo Explorer

Our rule for quotes is short. We use a guest's own words, lightly trimmed for length and never improved. We name the guest by first name only, and only with their consent.

Every quote traces to a real guest, and every rating comes from the review platform itself. If a Neptune guest writes to us after the voyage, we ask permission before a line goes on this page, and the guest can withdraw it later.

Praise is not the only thing worth keeping. A message that tells us a pickup ran late or a fitting was missing goes to the team, and the page on terms says what we owe you when a boat falls short.

Trust is cheap to claim and cheap to test, so test it before you pay anyone for a voyage in Labuan Bajo.

• The company. We are PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia, NIB 1805260128363. The registration number can be checked on Indonesia's official business-licensing system.
• The account. One company bank account appears on your invoice. It matches the company name, and it is never a personal account.
• The channel. One official WhatsApp thread, from the numbers on the contact page, answers within the hours shown there.
• The paper. A written quote and an invoice for every booking, with each fee stated before you pay.

If any of the four does not match, stop and message us before you send money. We would rather answer a suspicious question than lose a guest to a stranger's account.
