A honeymoon on a private phinisi in Labuan Bajo can take two forms on Neptune. Two guests can hire the whole 40 m boat for four days at IDR 230,000,000 (≈ USD 14,110), or take one balcony Mansard on the shared 3D2N voyage at IDR 14,800,000 (≈ USD 908) per person. The beach dinner is included on four days.
Draw a section through the boat for two. A single cabin, one double bed, a door that opens to a private balcony, and a bathroom with a hot shower on the other side of the bed. Everything else on a 40 m hull is empty space around that cabin, or space shared with strangers, and which of the two you choose is the honeymoon decision.
Neptune has seven cabins and each has the same four fittings: a balcony, an en-suite bathroom, a hot shower and air conditioning. Each has one double bed, which suits a couple and needs no explanation.
The first option is the whole boat. Two guests hire all of Neptune, and no other guests are aboard but the boat's crew. The second is a seat. One Mansard cabin on the shared 3D2N voyage costs IDR 14,800,000 (≈ USD 908) per person, two sharing, and the rest of the boat is filled by other guests.

The whole boat gives privacy at a high price per head, and the seat gives a balcony at a fraction of it.
Four days and three nights on the whole boat cost IDR 230,000,000 (≈ USD 14,110). The price is for the boat, not for the head, so a couple pays all of it. Divided by two guests that is IDR 115,000,000 (≈ USD 7,055) each. It is a large figure and we state it plainly, because the boat is priced for fourteen.
What it buys is exclusivity of a measured kind: 40 m of hull, seven cabins, a lounge, a dining room, a long outdoor table and a foredeck, with no other guests. Dinner is laid for two, and the crew are the only other people on the deck.
The route is the four-day example. The first day is three reefs. The second climbs Padar, lands at Pink Beach or Long Beach, walks Komodo Island and ends with Kalong at sunset. The third is Rinca and Manjarite, and the fourth is Kelor and the return to Labuan Bajo. The captain agrees the order with you, and weather decides.
Choose four days over three for the slower middle: Komodo and Rinca each get a day, and nothing is hurried. Five days is also available.

The three upper cabins are Mansard I, Mansard II and the Junior Suite. Each has a double bed, a private balcony, an en-suite bathroom with a hot shower and air conditioning, and each can take an extra bed for a guest, which a couple does not need. The four Deluxe studios on the main level have the same fittings and no extra bed.
The Mansards and the Junior Suite differ in fare, with the same fittings. On the shared voyage a Mansard seat costs IDR 14,800,000 (≈ USD 908) per person and a Junior Suite seat costs IDR 12,800,000 (≈ USD 785).
So choose by the fare and by the photographs in the cabin carousel. A couple who want the upper level at the lower seat fare choose the Junior Suite. A couple who prefer a Mansard take one.

Anything beyond that waits for a quote. Flowers, a cake, decorations and any special arrangement in the cabin are quoted before they are added, and nothing appears on the invoice that you have not seen. The cost depends on what you ask for.
Tell us early. A request made a month ahead can be planned, and one made on the quay can only be tried.
