Whole-boat charter prices for 2026

A charter gives you all of Neptune: seven cabins and their balconies, the lounge, both dining tables and the foredeck. One price covers the boat for 1 to 14 guests, so a couple pays what a party of fourteen pays.

The table below sets out the 2026 prices from two days to five. Each is a single rounded, all-in sum for the boat, which is why it holds steady when fewer people come.

The day charter has its own page. It takes up to thirty guests and nobody sleeps aboard, whereas everything here concerns nights on the boat.

All figures on this page are 2026 rates, dated 4 November 2026.

Two to five days: the price per night falls

Each extra night adds to the sum, though by less than the first one cost, so the price per night drops as the stay gets longer. Two days and one night is the most expensive way to buy a night aboard; five days and four nights is the least.

Per head, fourteen guests pay IDR 10,000,000 (≈ USD 613) each for two days and IDR 20,000,000 (≈ USD 1,227) each for five, which buys three more nights and a longer run of stops.

Choose the route that matches your days and the stops you care about. The 3D2N is the route as planned, day by day. On 4D3N and 5D4N, Komodo and Rinca get a day each and a beach dinner comes with the charter. The 2D1N is a short overnight that skips Sebayur, Kalong, Kelor, Rinca and Manjarite.

On any route, weather and the captain set the sequence of stops and the night's anchorage. Each route page gives an example order.

What the charter price includes

One rounded all-in figure covers the boat, its crew, fuel and taxes. The lists below set out every line inside the price and every line billed beside it, and each extra is quoted in writing before anything is added.

Card fees sit outside the boat price: 3 percent on a payment link, 7.2 percent on PayPal and 3 percent on a card machine on departure day.

A seat on the shared sailing includes a guide and documentation; on a private charter both are quoted on request.

Included

  • The boat Neptune with its crew
  • 7 air-conditioned double cabins, each with an en-suite bathroom with hot shower and a private balcony
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner on board
  • Afternoon coffee break with a snack
  • Snorkelling gear
  • Linen and towels
  • Free set-up dinner on the beach on 4D3N and 5D4N charters
  • Open trip: local guide and premium documentation (drone, GoPro, DSLR) included; private charter: guide and documentation on request, quoted separately

  • Travel and medical insurance
  • Drinks, including alcoholic drinks, and personal snacks

Komodo National Park package per guest: 3D2N: IDR 650,000 per foreign guest, IDR 350,000 per Indonesian guest; 4D3N: IDR 750,000 per foreign guest, IDR 350,000 per Indonesian guest. It includes the government entrance ticket, the ranger fee and local levies.

Guests fifteen to eighteen: the extra-person rate

Fourteen guests fill the seven double cabins, and that is where the base price stops. Beyond it, guests sleep on extra beds in the three upper cabins, Mansard I, Mansard II and the Junior Suite, each of which takes one for one or two people. The Deluxe studios take none.

Guests fifteen to eighteen each pay the extra-person rate: IDR 6,000,000 (≈ USD 368) on three days, IDR 6,500,000 (≈ USD 399) on four and IDR 7,500,000 (≈ USD 460) on five. For eighteen guests the boat comes to IDR 204,000,000 (≈ USD 12,515) on the three-day route and IDR 310,000,000 (≈ USD 19,018) on the five-day route.

The extra-person rate applies from three days upwards, and the 2D1N sails with up to 14 guests. Eighteen is the most Neptune takes overnight, and a larger party sails on a second boat.

If your numbers sit near the line, tell us early. A party of fifteen that knows its count in advance can decide which cabin takes the extra bed, and who sleeps in it.

Same-class replacement, same date

Now and then a boat cannot sail. Every hull spends time in dock once a year for maintenance, in a month that varies from boat to boat, and our answer to that comes in writing before you pay.

If Neptune cannot sail on your date, we offer a boat of the same or higher class on that date at no extra charge. Should that boat not suit you, you get a full refund within 2 days. A higher-class replacement costs you nothing more.

The guarantee covers the boat, not the weather. Whether it is safe to sail is for the captain and the harbour authority to decide, and when conditions rule a departure out, the booking terms apply: a new date, or a refund under those rules.

Class is checked against numbers: seven cabins, seven balconies, a 40 m hull. Any replacement boat is described to you in those terms before you accept it.

2027: rates on request, 2026 as the reference

For 2027 we quote on request, using the 2026 list on this page as the reference; nothing here is a quote for a 2027 date. If the 2027 card turns out different from what you saw, we tell you before the final payment and you decide.

A 2027 date can be reserved now, following the same steps as 2026.

On any route, a stop such as Kanawa can be requested from the captain when you book.

To turn a charter into a booking, send us the nights, party size and dates on WhatsApp. We answer with a written quote that lists every line beside the boat sum. A 50 percent deposit holds the date, and the balance falls due 30 days before sailing, or in cash or by card machine on departure day.

FAQ

How much does it cost to charter Neptune for two, three, four or five days?

See the table above: each price is for the whole boat and 1 to 14 guests, running from IDR 140,000,000 (≈ USD 8,589) for two days to IDR 280,000,000 (≈ USD 17,178) for five. The day charter is priced separately and takes up to thirty guests.

What is the all-in price per person, with fuel, tax, park fee and card fee?

Fuel and taxes are already folded into the boat sum as one rounded all-in figure, which fourteen guests share between them. The park package, a guide and documentation, drinks, tips and card fees are billed separately, and each is quoted before it is added.

What is included in a private charter, and what is not?

The boat and crew, three meals a day, afternoon coffee and a snack, snorkelling gear, linen, towels and the harbour transfer are all included. A guide and documentation are available on request. The park package, drinks, tips, flights and insurance are extra.

What if the boat I booked cannot sail on my date?

You get a boat of equal or higher class on the same date at no extra charge, or a full refund within 2 days. Nothing is settled after you have paid: we describe the replacement boat and its class to you in writing first.
