Private phinisi charter cost per day in 2026

Neptune is sold per boat, by length of stay. The 2026 list has five lines, and each one buys the whole vessel, her crew and up to 14 guests, with fuel already folded in.

• Half day or one day, up to thirty guests, daytime only: IDR 110,000,000 (≈ USD 6,748)
• 2D1N: IDR 140,000,000 (≈ USD 8,589)
• 3D2N: IDR 180,000,000 (≈ USD 11,043)
• 4D3N: IDR 230,000,000 (≈ USD 14,110)
• 5D4N: IDR 280,000,000 (≈ USD 17,178)

These figures are all-in for the boat, fuel included. No 2027 card exists yet. A 2027 voyage can be booked today on the 2026 price; if a different 2027 card appears before your final payment, we tell you first and you decide.

Divide each price by its days and the daily cost drops as the voyage grows: 70 million rupiah a day on 2D1N, 60 million on 3D2N, 57.5 million on 4D3N and 56 million on 5D4N. The day charter sits outside that curve. It buys a single day for as many as 30 people, with nobody sleeping aboard.

Per head, a full boat of 14 on 3D2N comes to IDR 12,860,000 (≈ USD 789) each, before the park package. Seven guests pay the same total, which doubles the share to IDR 25,710,000 (≈ USD 1,577). The whole-boat price rewards a party that fills the cabins.

Couples and small groups have a second route. The shared 3D2N departure is sold per person by cabin type, two guests to a cabin: IDR 10,800,000 (≈ USD 663) in a Deluxe cabin, IDR 12,800,000 (≈ USD 785) in the Junior Suite and IDR 14,800,000 (≈ USD 908) in a Mansard cabin. Shared dates move daily, so we confirm the cabin on WhatsApp before you pay.

Above 14, every additional guest pays an extra-person rate: IDR 6,000,000 (≈ USD 368) on 3D2N, IDR 6,500,000 (≈ USD 399) on 4D3N and IDR 7,500,000 (≈ USD 460) on 5D4N. The additional guests sleep on extra beds in the three upper cabins rather than in more cabins, and the overnight total stops at 18. A party of 18 on 3D2N therefore pays IDR 204,000,000 (≈ USD 12,515), or IDR 11,330,000 (≈ USD 695) a head.

The 2D1N route has no extra-person rate. A 2D1N party above 14 gets a written quote before anything is promised. Children aged 0 to 2 travel free; from age 3 a child is a full guest and counts towards both the 14 and the 18.

The charter price buys the following.

• Transfer between your Labuan Bajo hotel or Komodo Airport and the harbour.
• The boat and her crew.
• Seven air-conditioned double cabins, each with an en-suite bathroom, a hot shower and a private balcony.
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner aboard, plus an afternoon coffee break with a snack.
• Snorkelling gear, linen and towels.
• On 4D3N and 5D4N, a set-up dinner on the beach.

Outside it sit flights and visas, travel and medical insurance, hotels before and after, drinks including alcohol, personal snacks and expenses, crew tips, the park package and the park drone permit. On a private charter the local guide and the photo and video documentation are also outside; both can be added on request and are quoted separately. Nothing is added to a Neptune fare without a written quote.

Komodo National Park is paid apart from the boat, as one package per guest and trip type. For 3D2N it is IDR 650,000 per foreign guest and IDR 350,000 per Indonesian guest. The package bundles the government entrance ticket, IDR 250,000 per foreign visitor per day under PP 36/2024, with the ranger fee and local levies, so it is larger than the ticket and is not the ticket itself. For the day charter, 2D1N, 4D3N and 5D4N, the package is written into your quote for the days you spend in the park.

Payment follows our standard terms. A 50% deposit holds the dates and the balance falls due 30 days before departure; it can also be settled on the departure day in cash or by card machine. A card payment link adds 3%, PayPal 7.2% and the card machine 3%, and your own bank may add a charge.

Neptune's 3D2N price is identical for one guest or fourteen. The fifteenth adds one extra-person rate and an extra bed on the upper deck, never another cabin.
